Slice hole in the basketball big enough to put the end of the funnel in. I ended up cutting the base of my funnel for faster filling. Stick the funnel in the ball and start filling with sand.
Once the ball is at the desired weight tape it up.
There are a bit smaller than the official medballs, but at the $5-$9 price point I am more than happy with these for both wall balls and medball cleans. Bar and bumpers This was a gift my Wife surprised me with for fathers day last year. We got one of the Bar and Bumper sets at Rogue Fitness with the ROGUE Hi-Temp Bumper Set and the Rogue Bar. Couldnt be happier with the set. This is one area where forking over the money to have good equipment is certainly worth it.
