HTC One X Accessories HTC One X Accessories The HTC One X is one of the hottest pieces of mobile technology currently out on the market.

This HTC device does not just have all of the necessary hardware to make it a great phone but it also has the back up of thousands of different HTC One X accessories. The HTC One X will run on Android 4.0 which is also known as Ice Cream Sandwich and it features HTC Sense 4.0. AT&T is the service provider of this device and as it currently stands there is not better HTC One smart phone than the One X.

One of the main talking points and mouthwatering features of the HTC One X was the 1.5 GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor that this device has. It will also feature 1 GB of RAM to help users multi task, play games, watch videos, talk to friends, browse the web and so much more. Easily one of the fastest if not the fastest smart phone currently out, the One X will allow users to pretty much do anything they ever dreamed of doing with a high end Android smart phone. With so much excitement one might want to keep their device protected because this smart phone will cost you a pretty penny should it get damaged.

HTC One X accessories like cases and pouches do a very good job of not only adding style but also protection to your mobile phone.

With such a powerful processor the One X had to come with a big enough screen to allow users to watch movies, play games or just simply have fun by browsing the web. The 4.7 inch touch screen offers a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. That is why, wireless One X accessories like screen protectors and cleaning kits should be used to help prevent any scratches or dirt from ever landing on your precious screen. This will help preserve the actual look and feel of your phone for much longer, which in the end also means you will enjoy your One X that much more. The HTC One X will feature a non-removable 1800 mAh battery. With so many great features this might not be sufficient battery power to keep your mobile phone running throughout the day.

Mediation / Mother Or Father Coordination | PascoFamilyDivorce.com

Thursday, April 19th, 2012

Mediators are third party neutrals who are certified by the State of Florida in dispute resolution.

Mediators are typically lawyers, counselors, psychologists and other professionals who have attended courses and receive continuing education to acquire and maintain their skills. The role of the mediator in a Divorce or Dissolution of Marriage action is to meet with all of the parties and try to assist the parties in resolving some or all of the issues by agreement rather than through the courts. Mediation is highly effective in family law cases.

At mediation, the parties are first advised that the matters discussed in mediation are confidential. There are a few limited exceptions to the confidentiality of mediation such as new/unreported allegations of child abuse and elder abuse. By and large, what is discussed in mediation remains confidential and not subject to disclosure. The mediator cannot be called to court to testify to anything said in the course of mediation. The parties cannot later testify to the details of the communications made in mediation.

This confidentiality allows the parties the freedom to make offers of settlement and proposals that they might otherwise be afraid to make for fear that they might be brought up later in court or used against them later in court.

However, if the parties come to an agreement then they must reduce the agreement to writing in the form of a Mediation Agreement and they must read and sign the agreement freely and voluntarily. The Mediator and the attorneys for the parties, if any, also sign the Mediation Agreement and it is submitted to the Court for approval. When the Mediator submits the agreement to the Court, he or she does not report anything else that may have happened or been discussed at the mediation.

The Court only receives the written agreement and the Mediator and parties are still restricted from revealing the details of the mediation under the confidentiality rules. So, if the parties only reach a written agreement as to some of the issues, often referred to as a Partial Mediation Agreement only the partial written agreement is submitted to the Court and the Mediator will report only that the parties did not reach an agreement as to the remainder (referred to as an impasse) . Often parties in family law cases are reticent to attend mediation and believe that it will accomplish nothing. Irrespective of the fact that most family law cases will be referred to mediation anyway, it is important to attend mediation with an open mind and willingness to consider offers.
